ERP implementation recovery
Assessment and re-direction of an under performing global ERP implementation. Outcome resulted in defining root cause problem areas, recommendations for resetting the direction of the program, and supplementing capability to drive delivery performance and achieve committed timelines.
Development of global processing platform for refugees worldwide
Development of a comprehensive global refugee intake service model, backed by a streamlined processing platform. Redefined what was required to make the business model work. This included standardizing processes, integrating essential services, and transitioning to a new global CRM solution. This facilitated faster and more efficient coordination among international agencies, governments, and legal entities.
Established central shared service model for 20 entities
Developed a centralized shared service model that streamlined and optimized service delivery across 20 country offices. The initiative integrated operational Corporate functions into a single cohesive framework driving efficiency, cost savings, and consistency in service quality.
